The GoodMills Group GmbH is a holding company based in Vienna, Austria, managing seven-country organizations with twenty-four flour mills. The Group drives the power of grains since 1979. Our activity's roots lie in classical milling, nowadays enhanced by technology and innovation. Today, we are the leading milling company in Europe – and our journey continues.

In 1979, the first steps towards creating the GoodMills Group were taken…

The GoodMills Group GmbH is wholly-owned by Leipnik-Lundenburger Invest Beteilungs AG which in turn belongs to the Austrian Raiffeisen Group. This ownership structure allows the GoodMills Group to follow a long-term oriented and value-creating business strategy.

The GoodMills Group combines the benefits of an international network with local knowledge of different Central and Eastern European markets. Due to this know-how and regional reach, the company is able to take advantage of local and cross-border opportunities. Its local Austrian subsidiary is in nearby Schwechat; other subsidiaries are located in Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, and Bulgaria.
