GoodMills sharpens strategic focus on its core flour business

A clear strategic step for GoodMills and a promising new chapter for Müller’s Mühle.

GoodMills has taken an important step in sharpening its strategic focus: GoodMills Deutschland, part of the Vienna-based GoodMills Group, has entered into an agreement to sell Müller’s Mühle to Euricom, an international, family-owned food group specialising in rice, pulses and other grain-based products. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals.

The intended sale supports GoodMills’ strategic direction, allowing the Group to concentrate even more clearly on its core flour business. In Germany, the development goes hand in hand with strengthening Aurora Mühlen as an independent unit within the GoodMills Group, with the aim of responding to market and customer needs with greater focus and agility.

“Euricom is the ideal new owner and partner for Müller’s Mühle. Bringing together these well-established German brands, the expertise of our team and Euricom’s strengths creates real added value for both the Müller’s Mühle brands and our customers.”
Gunnar Steffek, Executive Director, GoodMills Group

Under its new ownership, Müller’s Mühle will become an important part of Euricom’s activities in Germany. Euricom intends to further develop the business and continue investing in the Gelsenkirchen site, the brand and the team.

“We look forward to building on Müller’s Mühle’s heritage together with its team, and we are grateful to GoodMills Group for the trust placed in Euricom as the next owner and steward of Müller’s Mühle.”
Bruno Sempio, Chairman, Euricom

The transaction reflects the constructive and collaborative approach of all parties involved throughout the process. With this step, GoodMills is setting a clear course for the future: strengthening its focus on flour, while creating strong perspectives for Müller’s Mühle under its new ownership.
