World Flour Day on 20 March and our first group-wide “Flour Week” gave us the opportunity to pause for a moment — and to truly reflect on the importance of what we do at GoodMills.
Throughout the week, and especially on World Flour Day itself, we were reminded that our daily work goes far beyond production processes, numbers or routines. Every day, our colleagues across Europe contribute to a product that is essential to millions of people. Flour is a staple – part of everyday life – and behind it stands the commitment, professionalism and dedication of our teams.
What made this week particularly special was experiencing how strongly we are connected across countries, sites and functions. Despite different languages and locations, we share the same purpose: creating something truly meaningful – together.
Togetherness we could feel
Flour Week brought colleagues together in many ways: shared lunches, joint baking activities and informal get-togethers created moments of connection. These small but meaningful encounters reminded us how powerful it is when we come together – not only to work, but to share experiences, ideas and enjoyment.

Expertise we could see
From visits to bakeries to employee portraits across our countries, Flour Week highlighted the deep expertise within GoodMills. We showcased the people behind our products and the diverse contributions each role makes.

Impact and responsibility in action
Flour Week also made our responsibility tangible. Charity bake sales and donation initiatives turned our shared enthusiasm into real impact – supporting good causes and showing how even small actions can make a difference when combined across the Group.

Looking ahead
Flour Week and World Flour Day reminded us why our work at GoodMills matters – for us as employees, for our partners, and for millions of people across Europe who rely on what we produce every day. It reinforced our sense of purpose, our togetherness and our commitment to acting responsibly.
Thank you to all colleagues who contributed their time, energy and creativity to making this week so special. You brought our values to life – and showed once again what makes GoodMills strong.
